We offer a free one-hour, in-person consultation to hear what you would like to build or remodel and then we go over the building and remodel process for your specific project with you.

We can build or remodel anything for you.

To get an estimate on a custom home build, you have one of two options, one- you can select a floor plan from our own portfolio, that way we can give you an immediate estimate. Two, bring us your own floor plan to look over. If you choose your own floor plan to bring to us, please keep in mind we may not be able to give an official estimate until we have an official floor plan or blueprint of the home you want to build.

The price of your custom home or remodel will depend on several factors that we will discuss. Once we have discussed everything, a legal contract will be written up that we will both read over and sign. A mandatory non-refundable deposit or down payment will be made at the time of the contract signing.
